SUMMARY:July Board Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Please join us at the Discovery Park Community Center for our monthly Board Meeting. This meeting offers an opportunity to listen to discussions between the Board of Directors and the Tehaleh Owners Association team\, including a recap of the previous month and updates on current and upcoming projects. \nBeginning in 2026\, the Call to Members portion of the meeting — when questions are taken from homeowners in attendance — will take place at the start of the meeting. While the Tehaleh Owners Association team remains available year-round by email at tehaleh@coherelife.com or by phone at 253-666-4515\, the Call to Members allows homeowners to address the board and community directly regarding agenda-related topics or other matters they would like the board to consider. We kindly ask that questions remain brief to ensure all homeowners have an opportunity to speak if they wish. \nIf you are unable to attend in person and would like to join virtually\, a Zoom link will be provided here leading up to the meeting. Please note that Zoom attendees are unable to ask questions; homeowners who wish to participate in the Call to Members are encouraged to attend in person.
